Taxes

New York City, the City of Norwich and the following 9 counties will fully exempt eligible sales of less than $110 from local sales and use tax. 

  • Chautauqua
  • Chenango
  • Columbia
  • Delaware
  • Greene
  • Hamilton
  • Madison (outside the City of Oneida)
  • Tioga
  • Wayne
For the sales greater than $110, Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to states New York , California 8.75%. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Shipping Policy
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Rasolli offers store credit for all items returned. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Cost- we will ship with FEDEX standard rates! (US orders only)

International Shipping Cost- Orders to addresses other than USA will be charged the following shipping rates: One pair of shoes= $30.00, (This is Priority International Shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance.)

Shipping Time- Usually, products ship the next day if ordered by 2:00PM eastern time . Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and during special promotions please allow 2-3 days for processing.

What will happen once we receive your return is:

  1. We will process your item/items
  2. You will receive a email containing your return voucher code
  3. You then can login onto our www.rasolli.com website to place a order for the items you want in return for your exchange.

Consider any shipping or transit time is as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase! In the event that a problem needs to be addressed, please follow these return guidelines. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Rasolli offers store credit for all items returned. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

You MUST request an RA (Return Authorization) through email contact us . Once you complete and submit that we will then send you an email with the instructions on how to proceed with your return.

What will happen once we receive your return:

  1. We will process your item/items
  2. You will receive a email containing your voucher code
  3. You then can login onto our www.rasolli.com website to place a order for the items you want in return for your exchange.

Once authorization is given please follow the instructions below:

  • The items must be in the original package.
  • Please write your RA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the product is being shipped back to us. If we don't receive your RA number we cannot process your return in a timely manner.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your shoes upon arrival. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 7 days after you receive shipment. Both will be exchange only. Rasolli will cover any shipping charges related to these transactions.

Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Q: What is a CVV number? A: For your safety and security, rasolli.com requires that you enter your card verification value (CVV) code when paying via credit card. The CVV code is a three-digit number which appears on the back of all Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is a four-digit number which appears on the front of the card.
